Wates has won a 拢12.6m design and build deal from West Yorkshire Police to construction a new three storey Scientific Support Facility within the Wakefield Metropolitan Region.
The building will be approximately 7 500 m虏 which includes specialist laboratories and imaging facilities. In addition external and landscaping works are required which will include a new car park adjacent to the building.
The contract will use the NEC3 Form of Contract Option C.
Wates saw off five other contractors to win the deal.
