Bellrock has ambitions to become a top 15 building consulting business and Summers-Inman is likely to help move it in that direction.
Summers-Inman provides cost management, quantity surveying, project management and building surveying services to the UK鈥檚 private and public sectors. Its customers include Pepsi and McDonalds.
It has 130 staff across eight regional offices: Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Leicester, London, Manchester, Newcastle (head office) and Teesside.
