Jeakins Weir鈥檚 contract, valued at an initial 拢8m, involves full and partial bathroom and kitchen replacements as part of the council鈥檚 programme of planned improvements to its housing stock.
It will also include external and internal structural works and refurbishments to empty properties.
The council manages around 5,500 residential homes across Charnwood.
