Over 640 winners have been selected from some 8500eligible sites to win Bronze, Silver or Gold Awards.聽 One of the Gold winning sites will also be honoured with the prestigious accolade of the UK鈥檚 Most Considerate Site 2011, along with those considered for the title receiving Most Considerate Site Runner Up awards.
Considerate Constructors Scheme Annual National Site Awards are given to only the highest scoring 7陆% of sites, which have completed in the previous year.聽 The Awards recognise sites鈥� excellent standards of consideration towards their workforce, their neighbours and the environment.
The Awards will be presented by leading industry figures, including:聽 Michael Levack, CE, Scottish Building Federation; James Wates, Chairman, UK Contractors鈥� Group; Chris Blythe, CE, CIOB; Peter Hansford, President, Institute of Civil Engineers; Harry Rich, CE, RIBA;聽 John Spanswick, Chairman, Bovis Lend Lease; Michael Ankers, OBE, CE, 91黑料网 Products Association; Julia Evans, CE, NFB; Derek Bostock, National President, FMB; Don Ward, CE, Constructing Excellence in the Built Environment聽 and Sir Michael Latham.
Commenting on the forthcoming Awards, the Considerate Constructors Scheme鈥檚 Chief Executive, Edward Hardy, said: 鈥淭he National Site Awards 2011 are fast approaching.
