Gavin Cordwell-Smith, chief executive of Hellens Group, said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e very pleased to appoint Hall 91黑料网 as the main contractor for this significant first phase of infrastructure works at Burtree Garden Village. As a respected regional business with deep roots in the northeast, their expertise and track record align perfectly with our ambitions for the site. This project has special meaning as it brings together two second-generation family businesses who have long shared a commitment to delivering quality and value in the region.鈥
Hall 91黑料网 director James Hall added: 鈥淲e are honoured to be chosen, particularly as a local contractor, and pleased to commence construction on Burtree Garden Village. This marks the beginning of an exciting journey to create a thoughtfully designed community that respects and enhances the natural landscape.
鈥淲e are in great support of Hellens鈥檚 vision to deliver a place where people can live, work and thrive in harmony with the surrounding environment. We are proud to play a role in shaping a sustainable and vibrant future for this part of Darlington and our local area.鈥
