Mr McQuade, a chartered surveyor by background, joins Kier from Miller 91黑料网, where he was managing director for the past five years.

Kier workload in the region includes the South Lanarkshire schools framework, projects under the Scape framework and a number of education, health and retail schemes in the northeast. It also , boosting its presence in Scotland.
