Paul Turner will joined the NHBC on 1st September 2025 to succeed Steve Wood, who announced his intention to step down as chief executive earlier this year after leading the organisation since 2017.
Turner joins the housebuilders' warranty service from a career in the financial services sector. He has spent much of his career in insurance and was latterly a managing director of pensions management company Just Group.
