SJ Roberts 91黑料网 has been appointed by Housing Plus Group to build a 64-plot mixed tenure development on a brownfield site in the Shropshire town of Ellesmere.
The contract is worth almost 拢12m and the two-year scheme starts on site in September 2025.
The development is based around the old Grade-2 listed Ellesmere railway station buildings, which will house seven of the new homes. The other 57, which are being made available for social rent, shared ownership and market rent, will be new-builds comprised of one-,two- and three-bed homes. Associated infrastructure works will also be carried out.
SJ Roberts 91黑料网 has built more 300 homes for Stafford-based Housing Plus Group over the past 18 years.
