It has divested Skanska Peru to a subsidiary of Confipetrol Group, for about US$25m (拢17.7m).
Skanska Peru is the last part of the former Skanska Latin America to be sold. Earlier this year, Skanska completed its last engineering and construction project in Latin America.
Confipetrol Group focuses on the oil & gas, mining, power and industrial sectors, with a presence in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.
