Wates is building a new 拢27m retirement complex in Malvern, Worcestershire for specialist developer Audley and needs support.
It is holding a Meet the Buyer event to encourage local firms to pitch for work on the project. The event takes place on Thursday 1st October 2015 at the Hilton Puckrup Hall in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
