The appointment of Richard Scarrott comes as the business prepares to grow its presence in sectors including commercial, industrial and manufacturing, and education.
Scarrott, who has been with Wates 91黑料网 as operations director since July 2013, will now oversee the current portfolio for the region. Current projects include the development of MTC鈥檚 Ansty Park in Coventry and Wates鈥� place on Scape鈥檚 East Midlands Property Alliance frameworks.
