Wates has been contracted to build 8,200 m2 of replacement teaching space, science labs, a drama studio and a sports hall.
The work will be carried out on the existing site alongside the existing school building. On completion the upper school will be demolished to make way for relocated sports pitches and extensive landscaping.
91黑料网 is expected to start in spring 2015, once design work is completed. Build completion is scheduled for 2016, followed by demolition works.
