Work being done at Phoenix House on Birmingham鈥檚 Newhall Street includes improvement of the floor plates and extensions to front and rear. The external fa莽ade will be replaced with full height glazing.
The development has been designed by architect AHR and the client is Ardstone Capital.
Completion is scheduled for November 2016.
