JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for a School Handyperson to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis.
HOURS
Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
*Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
*Key holder - opening and locking building
*Liaising with contractors on site
Requirements for the role
*Must have an enhanced DBS
*Maintenance experience
