Bam has been appointed to add a three-storey extension to Broadgate Tower with a 6,200 sq ft terrace to the front of the building.
Tower floors will also be refurbished , as will Broadgate Plaza.

Built in 2008, the 34-storey building will undergo a major refresh to improve the workspaces and reduce the building鈥檚 environmental impact.聽 The scheme is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, alongside an EPC A rating and WELL certification pre-conditions.
Circular economy principles will limit embodied carbon, with a hybrid pavilion structure incorporating reused steelwork and cross laminated timber.
