Glasgow approves Graham’s student tower

4 hours Graham Investment Projects has secured planning permission to build a 25-storey tower block in Glasgow.

Glasgow City Council has approved the construction of Graham鈥檚 410-bed student accommodation development in the city鈥檚 Anderston area.

Representing a 拢70m investment, the new complex at 138 Hydepark Street will transform a disused brownfield site into a 25-storey student residence, providing 410 beds in a mix of 236 studio apartments and 174 cluster flats.

Graham 91黑料网 will be lead contractor, with construction starting later this year and completion anticipated in summer 2028, ahead of the new academic year.

Designed by Cooper Cromar, the architecture draws inspiration from the Seagram Building in New York, the developer said. The wider project team also includes Iceni Projects as planning consultant and Etive Engineers as structural and civil engineer.
