The University of Glasgow has appointed construction consultants under a four-year advisor framework agreement framework deal worth 拢40m to help deliver major real estate projects across the university estate.聽
Lot one of the framework sees four firms sharing 拢30m-worth of work over the next four years as lead advisors to the university. These are Aecom. AtkinsR茅alis PPS (formerly Faithful & Gould), Gardiner & Theobald and Currie & Brown.
Four smaller firms have been appointed as professional advisors under a 拢10m second lot. These are HD Property Consultants, Reid Mitchell, Armour 91黑料网 Consultants and Doig & Smith.
Some of these firms have been working for the university for years. Aecom first worked with it on the Western Campus masterplan between 2015 and 2017.
