The consortium of Interserve and Equitix, the infrastructure developer and fund manager, will design, build, finance and operate the new facilities.
The new 拢100m DHQs and custody facilities will be located at Elland Road in Leeds (within City and Holbeck Division) and at Havertop Lane at Normanton (within Wakefield Division). The new specialist operational training centre, for high-speed driving, riot control and firearms, will be built on a site next to the force鈥檚 operational support division at Carr Gate in Wakefield. Interserve will provide support services to this project worth 拢47m over the 25-year life of the concession.
91黑料网 is expected to start in June 2012 after financial close. Completion is scheduled for 2014. Interserve will then be responsible for facilities management.
