The contract is valued at approximately 拢30m. Building work is expected to start in September and finish by early 2018.
Designed by architect Terence O鈥橰ourke, the development will comprise a 12,500 m2 double-height exhibition hall with function rooms and restaurants, taking the entire new facility to 20,000 m2 of event space.
The development has been part-funded by the Local Enterprise Partnership, Enterprise M3, Hampshire County Council, Rushmoor Borough Council and Barclays.
