There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our Group Division is looking to recruit a Senior Digital Marketing Technical Coordinator to join the Division’s Sales and Marketing team.
Job summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Technical Coordinator will support the Digital Marketing Technical Manager in the efficient running of the company’s digital marketing profile including websites, CRM systems, digital sales offices and customer portals.
They will support the development of three consumer facing websites, corporate website, careers website, strategic land website and any future websites developed, plus will help develop the marketing automation processes, marketing analytics tools and lead tagging to ensure the successful deployment of digital sales and marketing strategy to generate accurate and impactful lead data, to drive CRO, sales and ROI.
Principle accountabilities include –
Support the development of the entire online customer journey, from insight and analysis to making informed and constructive improvements to the website, CRM system and data tagging, to improve website conversion rates, data tracking, leads and conversions.
Support in the delivery of the marketing automation and analytics; defining requirements, deploying solutions and ensuring campaign goals are implemented and met.
Be an integral part of a digital team which will deliver a digital transformation project across all stages of the sales and marketing journey.
Provide management of all analytics channels and data monitoring in order to give expert commentary to review digital marketing activity.
Deliver automation solutions that provide a meaningful and consistent customer flow, reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.
Contribute to the development and day-to-day technical maintenance of all company websites and the ecosystems to which they are attached.
Provision of strategic ideas to support the overarching digital marketing strategy of the business to increase traffic, leads and conversions effectively, whilst also monitoring new trends and technology coming to market which could enhance the business’s digital infrastructure, customer UX and improve overall performance.
Contribute to A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise results and ROI.
Work with Digital Marketing Technical Manager to ensure excellent working relationships with internal IT team and external IT delivery partners to ensure all platforms within the business communicate with each other to the benefit of the business goals.
Familiar with all digital channels/platforms including, but not limited to: websites, UX systems, email, social media (organic & paid), SEO and paid search to ensure that all channels are integrated and aligned to deliver marketing goals.
Work alongside the wider digital marketing team including copywriters, coordinators and social media team to support their digital needs.
Assist in the management of digital relationships between Bellway and its respective digital agencies and portals to enhance, conceptualise and deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Degree qualified in a relevant technical digital marketing role.
5+ years experience in a relevant digital role is essential.
Experienced user of content management systems and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, plus excellent working knowledge of Tag Manager, Data Studio, HTML, Zapier, API integration and CSS.
Proven experience of using marketing automation tools.
Experience using A/B testing tools to maximise CRO.
Experience using Power Bi.
Knowledge of CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics) is essential, along with knowledge of integrations with marketing tech stacks.
Extensive experience in digital marketing, specifically proven experience of managing a working digital strategy spanning websites, email, social media (organic & paid), SEO and paid search.
Experience of creating a seamless UX across all digital touchpoints.
Previous experience managing software or site migration would be advantageous.
Experience in devising and utilising reporting models to support decision making.
Experience in working collaboratively within a digital team would be advantageous.
Must have a passion for digital systems and their technological workings, together with an appreciation for the need to continuously develop/challenge ways of working, best practice and latest trends.
